Standard Clauses
Standard Clauses have been developed in consultation with the Offices of the Chief Justice, various stakeholders and the Court Services Division Operational Support Branch as a support mechanism for individuals drafting family court orders. Using the standard clauses will better assist those individuals, in and outside of the justice system, to better interpret and identify the intent of an order. In addition, many of the standard clauses listed are required to ensure proper enforcement of any particular order.
